Wood Fired Breakfast

Percolating This little camp percolator changed camp-coffee forever when it was purchased a few years ago for a couple of bucks at a flea market. No more busted french presses or coffee mixed with grease and strained through napkins(don't ask). Anyways, there is nothing like a delicious cup of dark, strong coffee and a breakfast sandwich cooked over a campfire in the morning(a campfire started with only the hot coals from the night before's fire, no less!) Then throw in some veggies from the home garden, *only* a minor craft beer hangover, and a pretty lady and this is almost heaven....

Bacon! Laura cooking the turkey bacon - and again - the swirly bokeh of the Rokkor 55mm f/1.7! Utensils My brother bought me these, what I assume to be, replica US Army utensils long ago - they have never missed a camp cooking session... Percolation That first bubble in the sight glass is a truly beautiful thing... Waiting for Coffee Laura(the pretty lady) rehydrating and waiting for coffee. Modern Camping "Modern Camping" - don't say anything - you'd do it too given the option.
By the way - these are scans of 35mm Fomapan 400 developed in Kodak HC-110 dilution b for 7 minutes.
