You've seen this photo of the bridge, I've sen this photo of the bridge - but I still wanted to take mine anyways. Walking over the Brooklyn Bridge is always on my list when I go to New York but this time I finally made it happen - in good light and everything.
The "infuencer" wannabes kept getting up on the railing and the cops had to keep telling them to get down.
Photographing with a few thousand of my closest friends.
Wasting the cops time for a hundred likes on instagram.
....and of course they have to have these structures to keep people from climbing the cables.

Looking Up
Going for a contemplative thing I guess?
We were guessing the people we saw attempting to ride bicycles over the bridge, on the weekend, at sunset, were not New Yorkers.

Walking the Brooklyn Bridge has the views - but the Manhattan Bridge is my favorite aesthetically.
The completely transforming Midtown.
As I've said before - I have no problem with a few quick selfies. I've been shooting them since the film days with the self-timer on the camera. I've traveled a lot alone and like to have a few shots of myself somewhere - but get the selfie and then turn the camera around or put the phone back in your pocket.
Empire State
We had a really awesome dinner at this brewery.
We then went over to Other Half Brewing Company who had amazing beer.
...and caught the subway home from the tallest subway station I've ever seen.
