Friday night was a fun one. We started off in the Valley celebrating Brad's birthday at Sushi Katsu, met a few more friends for cocktails at the Spotted Owl and then headed up to the Matinee to see Safe Words & White Lighter.

Safe Words - I've wanted to catch this newish band for a while and finally did. They were fantastic. I know the members of the band from their previous bands from over the years.
White Lighter - my friends who I've been able to see and photograph a number of times. I just like them in B&W for some reason.
